Peter Godlewski is AWB’s director of government affairs for energy, environment and water. He joined AWB in 2018.
Peter has over 10 years of experience working in Northwest politics. Before joining AWB, Peter worked for three years at the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association, a Portland-based trade association which advocates for federal funding for infrastructure on the Columbia and Snake River System and Washington and Oregon’s coastal ports. Prior to his time in Portland, Peter managed the Yakima district office for Congressman Doc Hastings (WA-04) with a focus on issues relating to the Columbia River and environmental issues in the district.
Peter graduated from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma with a degree in history. He lives in Olympia with his family.
