The Business Council Service Corporation has joined with Eye Care Plan of America (ECPA) to enable Business Council members to offer employees ECPA Access, a vision care benefit program which brings substantial savings for eyewear purchases.
ECPA's Access Program is a preferred pricing program with average savings of 40 percent, with higher savings on frames and lenses. The program also includes one of the nation's best discount programs for contact lenses.
ECPA has more than 14,000 independent and retail chain-store providers nationwide. Enrolled members receive a membership ID card that includes a customized listing of the ten providers nearest to the member and a toll-free line that is always available so members can identify additional providers.
Consumers never file claim forms. They just choose eyewear at a provider's location and pay a reduced rate that reflects the savings. This benefit is available for only $12 per employee per year. Coverage includes all eligible dependents at no additional charge.
