ALBANY—Governor Eliot Spitzer will provide the keynote address Wednesday, September 19, at The Business Council's Annual Meeting at the Sagamore in Bolton Landing. The Governor is scheduled to speak during a dinner that is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Both Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno and Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver are also scheduled to speak at the Annual Meeting, which will run Wednesday through Friday September 19-21
