Ray Wuslich
Retired Partner
Winston & Strawn LLP
Raymond B. Wuslich recently retired as a partner with international law firm Winston and Strawn, LLP with an extensive energy regulatory practice over 30 years. Mr. Wuslich represented a long list of electric and natural gas utilities, investors, lenders, and developers, including New York utilities Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation, New York Transco, LLC and the New York Transmission Owners Group before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in matters involving electric and natural gas pipeline rates, wholesale power markets, generator interconnections, transmission incentives, electric reliability, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and enforcement proceedings. His practice spanned FERC’s natural gas and electric industry restructurings in the 1990s to promote energy supply competition, and regulatory changes to encourage renewable energy development and new transmission investment in the 2000s among other things. Mr. Wuslich happily enjoys retirement and trout fishing out of his home base in Arlington, Virginia, where he lives with his loving and patient wife of 29 years, Julie.
