Lisa Wright is the Founder and CEO of Landings, a pioneering company developing a network of rural vertiports that expand access to advanced air mobility across the US. With over 20 years of experience in architecture, design, and operations, Lisa brings a unique perspective at the intersection of infrastructure, technology, and community development.
Since founding Landings, she has led the company in building partnerships with municipalities, regional economic development agencies, landowners, and equipment manufacturers to catalyze investment in rural communities. Her vision is to position vertiports not only as aviation infrastructure but also as hubs for clean energy, workforce training, and economic revitalization.
Prior to Landings, Lisa held leadership roles spanning design management, investment operations, and proptech. She has also driven digital transformation initiatives in energy management and IoT for the built environment, helping organizations optimize real estate portfolios and reduce carbon impact through data-driven solutions. She holds a Master of Architecture from Parsons School of Design, and an MBA from IESE Business School where she lectures on Design Thinking to executive MBA students.
