With over 25 years of experience in finance and operations within the manufacturing sector, Ryan J. O'Shaughnessy is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Revere Copper Products. His expertise spans accounting, treasury, commodities and futures, energy, and risk management.

At Revere Copper, Ryan plays an important role in steering the company’s financial strategy, particularly as the markets for electrical infrastructure and electric vehicles driven by green energy initiatives, and data centers supporting artificial intelligence continue to expand. His career began at AMETEK Inc., where he advanced to the position of Plant Controller, setting the foundation for his future leadership roles.

Ryan earned his CPA in Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehigh University. A native of Rome, New York, he has remained deeply rooted in his community, raising two children with his wife Kristine and contributing to various local organizations.

He is actively involved in regional industrial and energy organizations, including MI (Multiple Intervenors), where he serves on the board of directors, and MACNY (Manufacturing Association of Central New York), where he is an engaged member, including advocating for the manufacturing industry with state leaders in Albany.

Ryan’s commitment to his community is reflected in his long-standing service to the Rome Chamber of Commerce, where he served on the board of directors for over 10 years, including as Chairman. He also contributed his expertise as Treasurer on the board of trustees for Rome Health and as a member of the board of directors for Mohawk Valley EDGE, supporting economic development in the region.

Revere Copper is an employee-owned company headquartered in Rome, NY with over one million square feet of manufacturing space in Rome, NY and Mebane, NC. Revere Copper employs 350 people in New York and 30 in North Carolina. Markets served by Revere Copper include: electric vehicle, power distribution, architectural, electrical, telecommunications, air conditioning, industrial machinery, equipment and other markets.
