“The legislation originally included onerous provisions that not only included salary range but other disclosures of potential additional compensations. This would have been a difficult and impossible task for almost any business. We were able to negotiate a compromise with the legislature to only include salary ranges which made the bill relatively consistent with a local law passed by New York City and one that is being contemplated in other jurisdictions.”
