Statement on the Supreme Court Tariff Ruling
“The Business Council is pleased with the Supreme Court’s decision as tariffs are nothing more than a tax that ultimately impacts employers, workers, and consumers alike. Our economy is stronger when we pursue free trade with clear but necessary guardrails such as the already implemented and successful USMCA agreement that we hope will undergo a swift, successful review this July.”
