The Business Council submitted testimony on January 18 to the Senate Finance, Energy and Telecommunications, and Environmental Conservation Committees seeking input on legislative and budgetary actions necessary to implement the Climate Action Council’s Final Scoping Plan and meet the statutory objectives of the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA).
