New York Community Partnership Award at the Civic and Community Engagement Awards Reception

New York Community Partnership Award

The Business Council of New York State Inc. is thrilled to announce the inaugural New York Community Partnership Award. This award is designed to illustrate the important contributions businesses can make within their communities, as well as highlight the vital work being accomplished by the community partner.

Businesses are a crucial cornerstone of communities across New York. In their greatest accomplishments, business can do more than aim for profits. Rather, they can make an impact to uplift the communities where they work. Through grant programs, investments, volunteering initiatives, and more, businesses give back across New York.

Criteria

  • Initiative completed by the business must have occurred within 2026.

  • Both the community partner and the business must have offices within New York State.

  • The initiative completed must have had a demonstrable impact upon the community partner’s work.

Deadlines

All nominations are due January 31, 2027. The award finalists will be selected and announced by February 15, 2027.
