Margaret Skinner, member of the League of Women Voters of Albany County for more than 50 years, former board member holding several positions including President, Treasurer and Committee Chair. Retired CPA; former professor of Tax Accounting at SUNY New Paltz; bookseller at a local independent book store in Albany, NY and volunteer for many organizations in the Capital District including the City Mission Free Clinic and the Food Pantries for the Capital District.
