The Business Council’s Response to Calls to Expand the Bottle Bill and Adopt an EPR Mandate
ALBANY – The Business Council of New York State, on Tuesday, responded to calls to pass legislation known as the Expanded Bottle Bill and the Packaging Reduction and Recycling Infrastructure Act.
New York’s leading business advocacy group has created memos in opposition, outlining the reasons why both bills are bad for New York’s employers.
