Henry Kuykendall is Senior Vice President, Airport Operations – Northeast, for Delta Air Lines. He is charged with overseeing airline operations at LaGuardia Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport and Boston Logan International Airport. 

Prior to assuming this role, Henry served as Vice President – New York for the airline, overseeing the financial performance of all New York routes and all commercial functions for the business in the state. Before that, Kuykendall was Vice President – Airport Customer Service at New York-JFK, where he managed a growing Delta network, the May 2013 opening of Delta’s $1.2 billion state-of-the-art international gateway at JFK’s Terminal 4, and a $175 million second-phase extension of 11 additional gates in January 2015.

Before moving to New York in 2011, Kuykendall led a team of 4,000 employees at Delta’s hometown operation at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. He joined Delta in 1988 and held additional positions in Airport Operations, Corporate Sales, and Reservation Sales earlier in his career.

Kuykendall currently serves on the boards of directors for the YMCA of Greater New York, New York Building Congress and The Business Council of New York State.  He is a graduate of West Los Angeles College and University of Phoenix.
