David Howard is Head of Procurement for Community Offshore Wind (a joint venture between RWE Renewables and National Grid Ventures) and Sr. Procurement Director, Offshore America’s for RWE Renewables. David has over 20 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain in various industries, most recent being the past 12 years in wind. Prior to joining RWE, David was Head of Procurement, America’s for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, where he worked on various supply chain localization projects.
