Danielle's practice involves compliance, permitting, transactional, and litigation work under various environmental statutes, with a concentration on the Clean Air Act, climate change, and the associated New York statutes and regulations, including the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA).
Danielle graduated from Vermont Law School with her juris doctor and a master of studies in environmental law and from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor of science.
