About the Committee
Many of our member companies have been at the forefront of creating community engagement programs that have helped reshape their communities. As New York state continues to find ways to create a more diverse and equitable economy, it has become increasingly important to educate elected officials and community leaders about programs being offered by our members that help to benefit communities. Additionally, as state legislators make important decisions on key legislative initiatives, it is important that they are aware of the role which businesses play in making those initiatives successful.
This committee will serve as a platform for members to share and discuss community programs, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and several other topics. This will also serve as way to connect our member companies with community-based organizations and not-for-profits that could benefit from these programs.
