ALBANY, N.Y.—The Constitution Pipeline will bring affordable energy to New York families and businesses without any state subsidy or significant environmental impacts.

Although we are disappointed with the court’s decision, we remain confident that the Constitution Pipeline will provide a bridge to New York’s energy future, and should be approved and built.

Decision-makers in New York know that low-cost gas can help residential customers who are struggling to pay bills. Importantly, it can also act as a catalyst for economic growth by attracting businesses to New York. Constitution is designed to deliver the affordable and reliable supply of American-made natural gas that New York needs.

We urge New York State to work with the Constitution team to find a way forward for this critical infrastructure project and fix New York’s bridge to a clean energy economy.
