With 29 years as an environmental consultant, Arlette has extensive experience conducting: Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); Brownfields Cleanup Program (BCP) investigations, cleanup goal and remedy negotiations, reporting and public participation. She manages NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program projects and received Certificates of Completion for sites with a variety of remedial approaches. She is managing projects funded by American Rescue Plan Act, and with grants for EPA Brownfield Assessment and NYS Brownfield Opportunity Area Program. Arlette is LaBella’s Program Manager for Due Diligence, Investigation and Remediation in eastern NY.
