This year’s New York State budget – due April 1 – contains several important labor/human resource proposals. From ending COVID paid sick leave to, paid breaks for expressing breast milk, to dramatic increases in short term disability benefits/cost and more. Will review which of these were included in the final budget legislation, and how they will impact your company.
