Environmental Committee Meeting

We are inviting Business Council Environment Committee members to join us for this meeting which will go over our comments on the DEC’s proposed amendments to its Part 375 regulation (the proposed rule and regulatory impact statement are available here.) We will be circulating a preliminary list of issues prior to the meeting.
Note that comments on this rule proposal are due by May 21, 2024. Please feel free to contact me prior to April 11 if you would like to discuss the proposal.
