Thomas Bogart is Vice President of Building Services at the Associated General Contractors of New York State (AGC NYS), where he joined in July 2026. Before joining AGC NYS, he spent several years in industrial facilities development and management, building ground-up manufacturing and logistics facilities serving the wind, solar, and manufacturing industries in the Capital Region. Earlier in his career, he worked for a large general contractor in western New York, focusing on natural gas and multifamily residential projects. Tom holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
