Giovanni Ramirez Warren is currently the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Office of the Attorney General. Prior to this role, Giovanni spent over two decades in various roles advising the Assembly Majority on policy and budget matters ranging from education, economic development, to housing. Significant bills included the reauthorization of the 421-a program, Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019, reforms to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, and the Marihuana Regulation & Taxation Act (MRTA). Giovanni is a graduate of the University at Albany and resides in Saratoga County.
