Anthony Luisi

Anthony serves as Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), where he manages the agency’s legal affairs and oversees the operations of the Office of General Counsel, the Office of Internal Investigations, and the Office of Internal Audit. Previously, Anthony was the lead of the Environmental Practice Group with the law firm Harris Beach Murtha Cullina PLLC in Albany, New York. He is also a former DEC Regional Director and Regional Attorney for the Capital Region. Anthony received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Binghamton University.
