Joseph Foskett, Esq., is Director of External Affairs for the New York State Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES). In this capacity, Joe is tasked with building and maintaining relationships with members of the renewable developers, the NYS legislature and local governments and community stakeholders. Prior to joining ORES, Joe was Director of Government Affairs for Invenergy and the Business Council of New York State, and Associate Counsel for the New York State Senate, working for both Democratic and Republican majorities. Joe earned is J.D. from Albany Law School and a B.A. in political science from SUNY Albany.
