ALBANY, NY — The Business Council of New York State, Inc. is endorsing Assemblywoman Janet Duprey in the 115th Assembly District primary election.
“The 2014 legislative session was a positive one for New York's economic climate,” said Heather C. Briccetti, Esq., president and CEO of The Business Council of New York State.
“In addition to supporting responsible state budgets and broad-based business tax reform, Assemblywoman Duprey has fought in the Assembly against costly new mandates on employers.
“Assemblywoman Duprey has supported much of the Business Council's advocacy agenda, including budget and tax initiatives, wage theft reform, environmental policy changes and others.
“Making New York more competitive is especially important for the upstate economy, which continues to lag in private sector investment and job growth.
