Sandra is also a member of NYS MWBE Advisory Council, NYC MWBE Advisory Council, and the School Construction Authority Diversity Board.
A passionate advocate for minority and woman-owned business enterprises (MWBEs), she has spent more than two decades providing award-winning oversight for mentorship programs and capacity building.
