New York's Blueprint for a Low Carbon Economy - Key Issues for Business

New York’s “Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act” (CLCPA) which mandates a 100 percent power grid by 2040 and a net carbon neutral state economy by 2050, will require dramatic changes in virtually all categories of business operations. A draft CLCPA implementation plan has been issued for public review and comment. It is critical that businesses from all sectors participate in this CLCPA planning process.
This webinar will provide business leaders with key insights as to how this initiative will impact how your business operates – from how you build and operate your buildings, to how you transport your materials and goods, to how you operate your equipment -- and how you can provide input into the state’s decision-making. This webinar will also help you take the first step, by providing an overview of the most significant proposals impacting major sectors of the state’s economy.
