The Workforce Spotlight Meeting series will highlight workforce training and education programs that are meeting the needs of employers. We understand that one of the top challenges our members face is recruitment and retention. By spotlighting successful workforce development programs, we hope to raise awareness of them to members who may be interested in recruiting from them, or possibly replicating them in their region with regional business and workforce stakeholders. Through the sharing of best practices and ideas worth replicating, we seek to provide members with additional tools to build a diverse and resilient talent pipeline.
These meetings of The Business Council's Education and Workforce Development Committee will be held virtually and are open to all members of The Business Council.
Specific discussion topics will be released prior to the meeting.
