Environmental Committee Meeting

This meeting will summarize the environmental policy components of Governor Hochul’s State of the State message and Executive Budget, which we expect will contain language regarding New York’s proposed “cap and invest” rule. The session will also cover other recent regulatory actions and provide a preview of additional 2025 legislative proposals.
