The rising level of unemployment insurance fraud is of concern to employers and employees alike, and the New York State Department of Labor has been focusing on both fraud prevention (stopping fraudulent claims) and fraud detection (identifying and terminating fraudulent awards).  This webinar will provide a detailed discussion of current Department of Labor efforts, as well as recommended actions for employers and employees who may be subject to fraudulent claims.
