All nominations are accepted at the discretion of The Business Council and judged by a panel of Business Council employees.

Have demonstrated a strong commitment to giving back and service to their community.
Reflect the qualities of Father Peter Young described as a catalyst, an innovator and servant, using the strengths of his personality: exuberance, passion, humor and persistence to lead the charge for reforms and humane treatment for the impoverished, the addicted and socially disenfranchised.
Be a member of The Business Council of New York State, Inc. for the past twelve consecutive months prior to the date of their nomination.

Nominations must be submitted by the close of business on Friday, August 20, 2021.
