About the Conference
The Conference focuses specifically on the latest tax issues and disseminates how these will impact businesses in New York State.
Presented in cooperation with Albany Law School and the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance, this conference provides the most up-to-date information to New York’s tax specialist and an opportunity for tax network with the experts who implement the state tax law.
Specific topics will include tax issues for new and small businesses, tax credits, NYS budget update; NYS business tax reform; tax ethics, including regulations, conduct, discipline and penalties; tax audit issues; state and national trends; and more.
This Conference has been approved for CEUs for New York certified public accountants under section 7409 of New York State Education Law. New York Sponsor License # 002719.

Registration Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration up to seven days prior to the event. You will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. If you need to cancel less than seven days prior, you may: 1) send a substitute; or 2) receive a non-refundable credit voucher, good for any Business Council event valid for up to one full year.
