Directions / Parking / Registration

• From the South & West: Exit 23 off NYS Thruway to I-787 North, to Exit 3, Empire State Plaza, to the V Parking Area.
• From the North: I-87 South, to I-90 East, to I-787 South to Exit 3A, Empire State Plaza. Follow signs to the V Parking Area.
• Be sure to have a picture ID available for identification.
• Registration will be located outside the Convention Center. There are security checkpoints at the entrances to the LOB and the Capitol.
• Name Tags/Tickets will be required. For multiple tickets, please include the names of your guest(s).

Accommodations:

A limited number of rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Albany. Please ask for The Business Council’s Room Block to obtain the special rate of $149, single/double occupancy. Crowne Plaza Albany, State & Lodge Streets, Albany, New York. Call 518 / 462-6611. Cut-Off Date: May 2, 2005.

Cancellations:

will be accepted until Friday, May 13, 2005, subject to a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be given after that time.
