Human Resource Conference & Legislative Day

The annual legislative day for Human Resource Professionals is expanding and will now also include several sessions on New York State labor and employment law. Beginning with the popular networking reception on Monday evening, participants on Tuesday, will now be able to hear from key Labor Department experts on current labor standard, wage & hour and unemployment insurance issues. All this plus the scheduled Legislator visits which have always been the foundation of this legislative event.

Spring Environment Conference

This conference will provide participants with a mid-year update from key officials from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as well as industry experts. Annual Conference on State Taxation
May 5 – May 6, 2010
Presented in cooperation of the NYS Department of Taxation & Finance, this conference kicks off with an informal Golf Tournament & Welcome Reception. It focuses specifically on the latest business and corporate tax issues and disseminates how these will impact businesses in New York State. This conference provides the most up-to-date information to New York’s tax specialists.

Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting is a time of reflection and planning for the future. Business Council leaders report on our activities of the past year. In addition, future plans are discussed, as well as what can be expected from the State in the upcoming year. Annual Industry – Environment Conference
November 17-19, 2010

Kicking off the event with an informal Golf Tournament and Welcome Reception, this conference is held in cooperation with the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. This two-day event brings close to 300 experts from both the private and public sectors together to interact and share the latest information relevant to environmental issues in New York State.
