It’s time to take advantage of exhibition and sponsorship opportunities at the Council’s Annual Meeting this September.

The meeting, the Council’s premier event, will take place September 19-21 at The Sagamore on Lake George in Bolton Landing.

More than 500 business and government leaders from across the state typically attend the three-day event, which includes a variety of social and recreational activities and numerous networking events. Governor Eliot Spitzer has been invited to give the dinner address on Wednesday evening, September 19.

Employers may sponsor the meeting itself at five levels: Platinum ($10,000); Gold ($5,000); Silver ($2,500); Sponsor ($2,000); and Patron ($1,000).

Businesses interested in sponsorship may also:

• Purchase corporate banners, which are displayed on light poles along the main entrance road to The Sagamore.
  
  
• Sponsor the event’s social and recreational activities.
  
  
• Purchase exhibition booths to showcase goods and services. The exhibition booths remain on display throughout the meeting.
  
  
• Donate products that all meeting attendees receive in goodie bags. One member’s corporate logo can be displayed on each of the goodie bags.
  
  
• Donate a product or service to the prize program.

The events agenda includes the presentation of the prestigious Corning Award for Excellence to an individual of outstanding accomplishment. Corning Incorporated sponsors this award.
