Advance registration is encouraged for The Business Council's annual Conference on State Taxation, which will take place June 23-25 in White Plains.

Since The Business Council began sponsoring this annual conference in 1984, it has evolved into the premier session of its kind on state taxation.

The conference is intended to give tax professionals from the business sector an opportunity to network with the technical and policy experts who write and implement state tax laws.

The agenda includes formal presentations on technical aspects of tax law and ample opportunities for networking.

The Business Council conducts this conference in collaboration with the state Department of Taxation and Finance.

The conference has been held in the Capital Region since its inception. It is being moved to Westchester County this year in part to make it more attractive to downstate professionals.
