The next meeting of The Business Council's
Workers' Compensation Committee is set for Wednesday, October 29, 2008 from 1:00 - 3:30 p.m., in the lower level conference room at 152 Washington Avenue.
Guest Speaker will be Joseph Pennisi, Executive Director of the Workers' Comp Board. Topics to be discussed include: implementation of the "rocket docket" rulemaking, update on medical treatment guidelines, RTW/safety/substance abuse prevention incentives; 2009 egislative issues; and others.W
