It has been a very interesting legislative session in Albany…and it may not yet be over! Please join us for a two hour HR legislative briefing consisting of a general discussion of what’s been happening at the Capitol in Albany and a focused discussion of the HR related issues that we’ve worked on this year. We’ll cover a new paid family leave proposal, pay equity proposals, a variety of mandated time off bills and much more. A status of federal “card check” and the Healthy Families Act will be included. We’ll also report on Legislator meetings your HR colleagues have been conducting on these issues.
Meeting Logistics
- Bring your own lunch…we’ll have refreshments.
- Bring your business cards for networking and a prize drawing.
- A meeting registration confirmation number will be emailed back to you at the time of your electronic registration. Then, prior to the meeting, you will receive a final email confirmation and reminder.
