Join us for the Labor & HR Council’s Fall legislative briefing, covering new state regulations and legislation of interest to HR Professionals. Topics will include state WARN, nurse overtime restrictions, unemployment insurance for strikers, expressing breast milk in the workplace, mandatory blood donation leave, new posting obligations and more.

We’ll also cover the federal “Card Check” legislation which would have a major impact on our organizations and has the support of the new Administration in Washington.

The second hour will be an intense review of the NYS paid family leave proposals and a strategy plan to involve HR Professionals and Business people in preventing enactment.
