  Publishes position papers, fact books and research reports. It holds informational forums on issues impacting our private-sector community. It is a respected source of data and insight on the state's business climate.
  
  
• Lawsuit Reform Alliance of New York
  This site provides legislative memos, breaking news, video clips, studies, reports and other valuable information about commonsense liability reforms that will put an end to New York's notorious "tort tax".
