    Commissioner Destito will be available to discuss state procurement practices and changes underway as well as an opportunity to elicit feedback from Business Council members.
  • Robert Megna, Budget Director, NYS Division of Budget
    Ron Greenberg, Deputy Director, NYS Division of Budget
    Messrs. Megna & Greenberg will address administrative initiatives affecting the contracting process, including the strategic sourcing initiative, recommendations before the Mandate Relief Task Force, and work of the SAGE Commission as it relates to procurement processes.
