About the DC FLY-IN

Join Business Council staff and fellow members for a day of meetings with New York’s Congressional delegation and policy experts from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Attendees are welcome to FLY-IN early on the 12th and meet with their own representatives (please note: The Business Council will not be scheduling these meetings for attendees). We will be hosting a welcome reception that evening in the Rayburn building on Capitol Hill.

In order to best accommodate the needs of attendees, we will not be reserving a hotel block. Some recommended accommodations near Capitol Hill include:

Hyatt Regency, the Liaison, Washington Court, or Kimpton George

Registrants are encouraged to book their own flights. Thursday’s schedule ends at a time that should enable people to catch late afternoon/early evening flights home. Please note, travel time from the U.S Chamber headquarters to the DC-area airports is as follows:

Reagan National: 14 minutes (approximate)
Dulles International: 34 minutes (approximate)
Baltimore/Washington International: 55 minutes (approximate)

Panel discussion with New York’s newly elected members of Congress (light breakfast and refreshments will be served)

Policy briefings with senior policy staff of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (lunch and refreshments will be served)

To Cancel: You may cancel your registration up to seven days prior to the event. You will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. If you need to cancel less than seven days prior, you may: 1) send a substitute; or 2) receive a non-refundable credit voucher, good for any Business Council event valid for up to one full year.
